I grew up in my mom’s hair salon in Northern Door County, so it almost feels like this path chose me. After college at St. Norbert (where I studied Communication, Media, and Leadership), I knew I still wanted to pursue cosmetology—and I dove right in just a couple of weeks after graduating.
I’ve worked in salons, rented a studio, and eventually created a space of my own: Lavender and Ink Studios. It’s the kind of environment I always wished I had—one that gives me control over my schedule, room to grow, and a place where people feel at home. Every detail of Lavender and Ink Studios was built with intention, inspired by the lessons and experiences from my journey.

She uses gel-based products, including hard gel, soft gel, and Gel-X, to enhance and strengthen natural nails. Each service is paired with relaxing touches like dry pedicures, massage, or red light therapy for a moment of self-care and artistry combined.
